Prescription Access and Assistance Program

The Prescription Access and Assistance Program is designed to help Delaware County older adults improve their access to affordable prescription medication.  Many resources are available to help individuals with limited incomes reduce the cost of their prescriptions, including Medicare Part D Drug Coverage.  We can help you figure out which programs work best for you.

If you do not have Medicare, we assist you with locating the best pharmaceutical patient assistance programs for which you qualify and enrolling you in the programs that save you the most money on prescription drugs and other programs that may benefit you.

Click here for a handy form to complete before you call. You can reach one of our Insurance Specialists at the Council for Older Adults, (740) 363-6677 or (800) 994-2255 or send an email to info@growingolder.org
