Referrals to an Agency
New referral notices are sent via system-generated Q-mail messages. However, these system-generated messages are only meant to alert you to the presence of a new referral. The full list of all pending referrals is available from the “Referrals to an Agency” icon on the Launcher.
The “Referrals to an Agency” report lists all referrals which have not yet been assigned to a particular agency.
· At the “Referrals to an Agency” query screen, select your agency name and enter “Senior Choices” in the “Program” field.
Tip: A shortcut to the “Referrals to an Agency” report is available by clicking the new referrals indicator on the Status Bar (left of the date).
· You can “Accept”, “Decline” or “Acknowledge” referrals on this list by right-clicking on a referral item and selecting the desired action from the menu. However, you may wish to review additional details by double-clicking a referral item.
Note: Case Managers can only award a referral that has been “Accepted” by an agency.
