Social Work Supervisor :
Progressive Delaware County nonprofit corporation seeks experienced social work supervisor. Candidate must possess a masters degree in social work or related field and be licensed to practice social work in the state of Ohio, with preference given to LISW-S. Successful applicants will have demonstrated experience in supervision, budget development and management and policy development. The position is responsible for providing leadership, direction and management in all aspects of the day to day delivery of our in-home community based services and will supervise and oversee all activities related to the delivery, quality and evaluation of services and interventions in all areas of client interaction. Candidates must possess a thorough understanding of quality customer service principles; and a strong ability to utilize computer systems. Knowledge of social service delivery system in Delaware County preferred. On -Call Banquet Server/Houseman:
Duties: To set up, serve, and clean-up banquet events, on premise, while rendering service excellence to guests. Some room set is required, some chairs and tables moved while in room. Design and set-up of buffet stations is also required. Some cleanliness duties are required before, during and after event in the kitchen.
Qualifications: 2- 3 years banquet service experience. Must be able to read and write and understand written instructions and carry them out with limited supervision. Must be able to carry at least 20 pounds, and be able to stand, bend, and be flexible during shift. Must be able to stand for 5 hours if needed. Must be able to take directions from multiple sources, and understand guest service as a quality standard.
