SENIOR CHOICES: Designed to help our older citizens remain living at home with independence and dignity.Through our SENIOR CHOICES one-stop-shopping program, older adults are provided access to information, assistance, care management and community-based services provided by our care consultants, who are professionally trained and licensed social workers. Eligibility for SENIOR CHOICES services is not based on income. Those whose income and personal assets prevent them from affording services privately are eligible for assistance through our senior service levy at a reduced cost or, if determined to be eligible, at no cost at all. Our clients receive one convenient monthly statement detailing all services and related costs. Currently about 47.4% of individuals enrolled in SENIOR CHOICES pay nothing for their services. Senior Services Directory: Access the online senior services directory or learn about the printed edition. |
