The Committee to Save Senior Services will host its thirteenth annual fundraising event on Thursday, September 8, from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The event will be held at Brookshire, located at 405 Greif Parkway on the southern edge of Delaware. This year’s event will once again feature a Buckeye theme, and attendees will enjoy a fun, tailgate-party setting. As always, guests will enjoy live and silent auctions, delicious food, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, and live entertainment to capture the mood, plus games with fabulous prizes! Tickets to the wine tasting cost $25 per person if purchased by 8/31/11 ( $30 after 8/31/11) and may be purchased in person or by mail at the Council for Older Adults office, 800 Cheshire Road, Delaware. Tickets can also be purchased at Manos, Martin, Pergram & Dietz and may also be purchased at the door. You can download the flier here.
